The document below sets out the rules governing your interaction with our website and the conditions for purchasing master instruments created in our workshop in Reghin. Use of the website implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All visual and textual elements on this website (macro photographs of violins, descriptions, logos and graphic elements) are protected by copyright law.

• Copying or using photographs cu instrumente Mare Vasile without the written consent of the master.

• The specific design of our instruments (scrolls, purfling, proprietary varnish recipes) represents the intellectual heritage of the workshop.

3. Specificul Produselor: Instrumente de Maestru

Given the artisanal nature of our products, the client acknowledges the following:

1. Unicitate: Each violin, viola or double bass is unique. There may be slight differences in wood texture (curly maple or spruce) compared to the presentation photographs.

2. Customisation: Custom-made instruments are configured according to the musician's specific requirements (dimensions, type of varnish, fittings).

3. Sound: Acoustic quality is guaranteed by the signature of Master Vasile Mare, though sound perception is subjective.

4. Ordering and Payment Process

On the Gomag platform, prices are clearly displayed, reflecting the value of the craftsmanship and materials used.

• Payment: We accept bank transfers or secure card payments.

• Reservations: For instruments being completed, a deposit may be requested for reservation.

• Invoicing: Each purchase comes with a fiscal invoice and Certificat de Autenticitate semnat de Vasile Mare.

5. Delivery and Transport of Delicate Instruments

Given that these are objects of great value and sensitivity, delivery is carried out under special conditions:

• Safety packaging: We use boxes with thermal and shock protection.

• Insurance: We recommend insuring the parcel for the full value of the instrument.

• Personal collection: We encourage all clients to visit the workshop in Reghin for personal collection and a final instrument test (audition).

6. Right of Return and Exceptions

In accordance with Romanian legislation (GEO 34/2014), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, with the following specific notes for luthiery:

• Customised Products: Instruments made entirely to the client's specifications (violins of atypical sizes or with specially requested finishes) nu pot fi returnate, conform legii privind produsele personalizate.

• Product Condition: For a return to be accepted, the instrument must be in its original condition, without varnish scratches, impacts or modifications to the setup (bridge, nut).

7. Warranty and Maintenance

Master Vasile Mare offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects or structural wood issues not caused by user negligence.

• The warranty does not cover consumables (strings, bow hair) or damage caused by storage in improper humidity and temperature conditions.
